In the last  7 days have you, or anyone in your household, had any of the following?

• Positive test, or a close contact for COVID19
• Headache
• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Sore throat
• Runny nose
• Loss of sense of smell or taste

STEP 2- If “No”  to all above then

Reply “All clear” to the sms text you received from us

PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Please let us know if your situation changes, if YES to any of the above questions.
• Even if you wake up with symptoms on the day please contact us.

AT THE APPOINTMENT

• FACE MASKS are still to be worn unless Craig asks you to remove it. Please bring one with you.
• Medical grade HEPA viral filters are in use in the rooms.
